We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our Levi's® Women's Bottoms team. You will design our iconic women's denim fits, including 501, Truckers and seasonal fashion fits. You'll be based in San Francisco and lead your category, reporting to our Levi's Women's Bottoms Design Director and managing direct reports of your own. If you have experience in denim fit and finishing techniques, deep knowledge of the denim market, a creative eye for women's denim trends and a portfolio of work that shows a high level of taste, we want to hear from you.

About the Job

• Lead the category through fit, fabric, finish, style and sundries development, with a future forward, sustainable mindset and a respect for the Levi's® brand's DNA
• Manage your team to develop trend-right products that increase equity and profitability for the Levi's® brand
• Work with our Design Director in developing seasonal concepts and color stories
• Build relationships and lead collaboration within Design and across Merchandising and Product Development
• Develop the strategy to meet seasonal product assortment needs and COGS targets, including GTM timelines, processes and deliverables
• Oversee the technical design packs, communicating style, size, proportion, scale, and other necessary details
• Manage all fittings and product development for the category

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design is desired, or equivalent industry-related work experience
• 8+ yrs experience as a designer, responsible for all facets of development
• 4+ yrs experience as a women's designer, must have some experience working with denim and bottoms
• Expertise in textiles and product development; working knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, denim fabric construction, finishing techniques, and processes
• You have an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS&Co.
