THE ROLE

Become a key contributor in FinancialForce's Renewal Team assisting with accurately tracking renewal data, calculating renewal pricing options and supporting the company to ensure renewals are captured in a timely manner. Ideal candidate will have ability to work across multiple departments as a trusted advisor and support the information and compliance requirements of Customer Success, Deal Desk, Licensing, Finance, Legal, Support and others.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Serve as a primary renewal contact for Sales & Customer Success teams
  • Work with Account Management and Customer Success teams to structure renewals in a manner that optimizes margins and expedites closure of a high volume of renewals
  • Create/ Update Renewal Opportunities in Salesforce CRM to ensure all Net New, Cross Sell & Add-on Opportunities are captured in a timely manner
  • Prepare intuitive Renewal Reports/ Dashboards for Executive Management that provides an insight into renewal metrics
  • Identify trends and analyze metrics to constantly aim to increase annual revenue and decrease churn
  • Maintain records of approvals and pertinent information concerning exception
  • Contribute ideas to develop team process and document best practices
  • Assist with CRM data integrity review

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of five years' experience in SAAS renewals, Sales Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfactory customer renewals while delivering best possible renewal terms for FinancialForce
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines for a high volume of renewal transactions
  • Requires the ability to acquire an understanding of the general functions of other divisions and their role in assisting with renewals
  • Ability to proactively analyze and recommend the best course of action for complex pricing and licensing situations within a renewals cycle
  • Knowledge of SFDC
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
