LogistiCare seeks a Senior Data/Financial Analyst to join our growing company. The position reports to the Senior Director of Underwriting and requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage concurrent assignments and meet deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Build pricing models based on various assumptions from external and/or internal data.
-Analysis of operational and financial data for development of variance explanations.
-Prepare pro formal profit and loss statements based on assumptions obtained from analysis.
-Read Request for Proposal (RFP) information to determine required services & pricing needs.
-Monitor financial performance of existing contracts & determine if re-pricing is warranted.
-Work with cost accountants to provide support for analysis.
-Summarize and communicate to management the underlying assumptions and data points used in developing pricing models.
-Work with other members of the Finance & Accounting team on special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required.

-Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of work experience as a Data/Financial Analyst or related field preferred
Required experience with MS Access, Excel, and SQL
Consulting, analytics, or digital agency background strongly preferred
The technical ability to solve complex data problems COMBINED with a strong intellectual sense for identifying trends and extracting business insights
Demonstrated ability to communicate insights effectively to internal and client stakeholders
Working experience (or ability to rapidly evolve existing competencies) in one or more of the following data science domains is preferred:
oData analytics with multi-dimensional data
oPredictive modeling and supply/demand forecasting
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business, technical, and operational stakeholders
Experience using enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and visualization tools (e.g. Netezza, Qlik, Tableau)
-Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Must be highly motivated and self-directed
-Possess superior time management skills
-Ability to develop and deliver presentations to all levels of management
