Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Data Entry Specialist to ensure timely and accurate setup for client projects across multiple platforms. This position requires frequent interaction with Financial and other Senior Managers, to support profitability of projects and ensure client deliverables are met. This position requires the ability to work well under pressure, accurately and meet deadlines for the emergency response unit. The nature of the work performed will often have “last minute” requirements. Must be inquisitive, able to multitask, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively. Extended hours may be required during a disaster response activation and/or urgent request. This is a Hybrid role in Maitland, Florida.
Job Responsibilities:
· Review contracts, to ensure accurate information is used to set up projects in Oracle & Timekeeper/RecoveryTRAC
· Liaise with Financial Managers to clarify Project and Billing & Collections requirements
· Ensure project set-up form submitted is the latest version, complete and accurate from Financial Manager
· Responsible for ongoing maintenance of project details from inception to close (Team members, tasks, funding, Accessors Parcel Number, Project Labor Code, cost budgets, NTE’s, etc.)
· Collaborate with Contracts Department to enhance and streamline receipt of information and updates
· Learn and fully utilize Oracle capabilities and advise Project Team of potential options.
· Work with Corporate to set up New Customers
· Familiarize with the criteria to identify different contract types
· Subject Matter Expert on all Project Set-up related matters and platforms
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project based businesses.
Detail oriented with high standards to accuracy.
Solid background in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate knowledge of Excel
Good organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Ideally in Business, Finance or Accounting)
Oracle Experience preferred.
