At, we are constantly seeking talented, tech savvy, ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing team. One of our current priorities is identifying candidates to grow our in-house Programmatic Trading Desk, a fast-growing team at and one of the most dynamic marketing channels in our business.

Senior Data and Automation Specialist will be responsible for optimizing Programmatic bidding and trading processes, workingwith large data sets and creating data pipelines to enable real-time decision making.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create complex Python scripts to automate Programmatic-Display advertising bidding and targeting mechanisms
  • Manipulate massive data sets via SQL and Python to enable real-time decision making. Work with massive data sets in BiqQuery and AWS with ability to make high level business impacting decisions regularly.
  • Create data pipelines by automating campaign data and modelling complex data aggregations.
  • Consult and partner with various stakeholders on reporting and automation needs.
  • Create and improve data visualization and reporting dashboards that allow self-service options and monitor KPI’s in real time. Analyze and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights reports for broader business.
  • Act as primary technical lead/TPM to programmatic partners and platforms like Google and Facebook to ensure company is an early adopter of all product alphas and betas.
  • Act as primary technical lead and team liaison for internal shared service/support teams - AdOps, Data Science and Data-Engineering.

Who You Are:

  • Experience with Data modeling and performing ETL operations using Python and SQL
  • Experience extracting and analyzing large volume of data stored in Hive or AWS;
  • Experience using database platforms such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Teradata;
  • Managing robust data logs and API integrations
  • Data visualization using Tableau;
  • JavaScript, Java, SAS, and VBA
  • Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation, financial analysis and processing large amounts of data to understand trends
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree required, Graduate/Masters degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc)
  • 4-7 years experience in developer/data-engineering function, digital/programmatic/marketing/media experience as a plus
