Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a solid understanding of Mystery Shopping operations to identify and help implement technology-driven solutions leading to greater operational efficiencies, higher quality and faster turn-around to clients
  • Work closely with the US Mystery Shopping service line, the Prague-based Platform team and the software providers (ShopMetrics/Sassie) to successfully design and implement data collection and reporting solutions, while driving platform enhancements
  • Become the expert and trusted advisor on all ShopMetrics-related and Sassie-related questions, from project setup to fieldwork management to online reporting
  • Build, maintain and reinforce documentation, processes and procedures
  • Challenge the status-quo and drive process improvements leveraging technology to ensure account profitability
  • Provide day-to-day technical guidance and coaching to junior team members

Required Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science or technology or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in data processing/data online reporting/ technical operations
  • Ability to quickly learn new software (ShopMetrics, Sassie, Presto…) and Mystery Shopping operations
  • Experience in Market Research or agency work a plus, however, client-side experience will be considered with the right experience
  • Proven experience developing online reporting solutions with clients
  • SQL, HTML and JavaScript background required
  • Strong technical skills with proven experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and data transfers, leveraging on the most appropriate tools
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau a plus
  • Experience using EFM tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Questback, inMoment a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA, database connections, etc.)
  • Advanced MS ACCESS skills (forms, modules, database connections, etc.)
