The Senior Customer Success Manager is a proactive, non-sales role focused on retention and engagement of existing clients. A successful candidate will be skilled at building c-level relationships with existing enterprise customers, allocating resources and communicating with clients to ensure a healthy service relationship. The candidate will interface internally with the research & analyst team, partner with account managers as well as Leadership Partners and Executive Partners to ensure each clients’ overall success. This is a performance driven role where you will be measured based upon client contact, utilization and retention.
