Senior Director, Corporate Tax -
Reporting to the VP, Global Tax, the Senior Director will lead all corporate tax activities with primary responsibility for developing a future state corporate taxreporting and compliance function that will support a dynamic and growing business. Core responsibilities include managing all aspects of tax accounting (ASC 740), tax controversy, and tax compliance and supporting tax planning activities. This role will require a technical hands on candidate that is detail oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills. The Senior Director, Corporate Tax will provide a key leadership role with the Global Finance Leadership Team and influence the strategic direction for the corporate tax department as the company embarks on the next stage of growth and operational maturity.
Some travel to offices in Europe, Latin America and Asia may be required.
Strategic Partner and US Business Process Owner Corporate Tax
? Manage and direct the global tax accounting provision process in accordance with ASC 740 and stay abreast of technical updates pertinent, interact with international tax, technical accounting and Controllers group to make sure all taxreporting changes are proactively managed.
? Take ownership of tax projections to supportfinancial and strategic objectives, collaborate with commercial, manufacturing and supply chain business units to make sure tax issues are considered in strategic planning.
? Provide strategic collaboration with the business development group and provide taxsupport for M&A activity
? Manage and direct the U.S. income tax and indirect taxreporting to ensure all reporting obligations are satisfied accurately and timely, manage outsourced compliance relationships
? Work with the Senior Director, International Tax, to ensure all international reporting obligations are satisfied accurately and timely
? Manage and direct compliance efforts for SOX 404 for all tax accounting controls and documentation requirements
? Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency of global tax accounting process, including improvement of technology and transformation strategy.
? Develop and report Quarterly KPI?s ?responsible for determining meaningful and consistent Global Tax KPI?s, including definitions, calculations, and bringing foresight to likely impacts.
? Support the requiredtax accounting for business acquisitions and other significant non-recurring transactions
? Develop tax projections to supportfinancial and strategic objectives in partnership with FP&A team
? Manage US direct and indirect taxaudits
? Transformation and Optimization of Day-to-Day Operations
? Lead and develop a dynamic global tax team.
? Deploy project management skills to ensure transformation initiatives continue to make progress and issues are resolved in a pragmatic, collaborative way that benefit as a whole.
? Collaborate closely with and partner with Corporate Controllers team on strategic tax initiatives and oversee the implementation related to tax compliance matters.
? Develop relationships with auditors and other external professional service firms as they relate to global finance business process and accounting operations.
? Complete ad-hoctax analyses and projects as requested by operational or executive management.
Bachelor?s in Accounting or Business Administration and Master?s in Tax. A Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
? Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate tax with a strong emphasis on tax accounting.
? Experience with directing and leading a strong team of tax professionals.
? Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and influence are critical.
? Inside public company tax and financeexperience and experience or familiarity in a complex environment (large, multi-national corporation experience strongly preferred).
? Tax provision software experience (OneSource Tax Software)

Base Salary $175k - $200k
