iSoftStone North America is seeking a Senior Consulting Lead to join our New York Team!
? Build trusted advisory partnerships with clients to problem-solve, and develop and deliver creative solutions.
? Plan, lead and drive global, cross-functional technology initiatives (system implementations) within the retail environment.
? Lead large, global technology and business teams comprising client, consultant and vendor teams, both onshore and offshore.
? Lead, coach and mentor small iSS consulting team.
? Drive to successful achievement of business and project goals, focusing on quality, schedule and cost.
? Manage change, risks and issues across client initiatives.
? Contribute to iSS Retail Team growth and success through client business development and pre-sales, as well as internal iSS learning, growth and development.
? Bachelor or Advanced Degree from top-tier university in Business or Science/Technical field.
? Seven to fifteen years of overall business and/or technical experience, with at least three years with a Fortune 1000 retailer.
? Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including client engagement with C-level executives.
? Proven project management experience, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, project management, risk management, reporting and dashboarding.
? Deep understanding of various software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
? Technology process and technologyrisk management experience, including expert knowledge of the SDLC.
? Business analysis experience, including current state, future state, gap analysis and impact assessment, process flows, business requirements, functional requirements, test plans and test cases.
? Change management experience (organization, process, technology).
? Retail business and technology domain knowledge including merchandising, design, product development, sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, distribution, order management, and customer service, including enabling platforms, systems, integrations, and data.
