About the Job:

As a member of the Retail Lending team, you will play a role developing high impact projects for Capco's clients in the lending space and deliver and implement projects and solutions that could encompass loan product viability, prospecting, originating, servicing, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming business operations for enhanced growth and efficiencies, data architecture, technology solution development and delivery, and enhanced digital solutions.

What You'll Get to Do:

Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges related to loan prospecting, originating, servicing and the associated technology systems, including their implementation, administration or optimization

Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance related to loan products

Ability to effectively manage team members to ensure the completion of project deliverables that exceed client expectations

Proactively engage with clients and Capco leadership in regular strategic & planning discussions; cultivate and manage a pipeline of work with clients

Lead initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities (relative to hiring level)

Build new solutions, toolkits, best practice documents and consulting approaches that can be applied across Capco's Banking & Payments practice

What You'll Bring with You:

Bachelor's degree required

5-10 years of relevant experience in financial/banking services or management consulting

4+ years' experience related to Secured or Unsecured Loan products

2+ years' experience related to Secured or Unsecured Loan origination and servicing systems

Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance (focusing on ROI)

Knowledge and understanding of lending products and industry trends relating to business systems and processes

Understanding of the lending regulatory environment is desired

A consultative mindset, with the ability to develop client and business strategies to maximize growth/client retention

Strong detail-orientation and problem-solving skills, demonstrating intellectual and analytical vigor

Strong customer service and client-centric focus keen on technology and innovation

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision toward the achievement of personal and team goals

Effective management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently

The ability to multitask and change direction in an ever-changing business development environment

A team player with excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills

The ability to travel Mon-Thurs as required.
