Job Description

We are open to hiring in many U.S. locations and travel will be contingent on client needs.

Who You'll Work With

You will be an integral member of Slalom's Creative Services team, contributing to client projects on both a conceptual and executional level. You'll work with writers, creative directors, art directors, and marketing strategists to create and edit innovative and engaging video content.

The Role: Creative/Video Producer

Target Level: Senior Consultant

What You'll Do
  • Develop concepts and storyboards with the creative team.
  • Collaborate with writers and art directors to execute concepts.
  • Edit videos, select shots, and follow project strategy.
  • Communicate with producers and directors to meet goals.
  • Coordinate postproduction tasks like SFX, animation, and motion graphics.
  • Develop soundtracks and choose music to enhance video footage.
  • Review edited tapes and assembled films.
  • Supervise and coordinate video-related activities with staff.
  • Monitor industry trends and meet with management to discuss strategy.
  • Manage proposal responses, including RFP requirements and content creation.
  • Generate leads, contact decision-makers, and facilitate pitch logistics.

What You'll Bring
  • Strong storytelling abilities for video and other mediums.
  • Diverse creative styles and ability to realize a creative team's vision.
  • Excellent technical skills in post-production, including editing, CGI/VFX, color grading, and sound design.
  • Expertise in Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software like Blender and Maya.
  • Experience in design, motion graphics, and 3D animation.
  • Willingness to engage directly with clients to understand their goals.
  • Ability to support the Creative Services team in selling concepts and executions.
  • Constructive reception and execution of client feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For Senior Consultant, the target base salary pay range is $110,000 to $165,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
