Senior Compliance Analyst

Assist the Compliance Director with coordination of compliance audits and reviews to ensure laws, regulations, and company policy guidelines are met. Assist with the Compliance Director with monitoring the corporate compliance plan. Assists Compliance Director in the development of action plans for potential compliance issues that have been identified. Assist Corporate Compliance in monitoring and tracking compliance education and training programs.

Requirements

Experience: 5 years health related experience. Preferred - 5 years of clinical or coding experience in a hospital or physician based setting.


Education: Bachelor's Degree or an additional 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.


Certification: Preferred - Certified Procedural Coder, Certified Patient Accounts Technician.


Special Skills: Strong analytical skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to facilitate large, detailed projects. Demonstrated ability to work with employees regarding confidential information and maintain sensitive data.
