They will apply experienced, in-depth knowledge of compensation programs and data analysis to inform compensation-related decisions and improve the effectiveness of compensation strategies and programs.��Uses technical expertise to work on complex problems where analysis requires rigorous evaluation of multiple factors and data sources.��

JOB FAMILY SUMMARY: Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of the organization's compensation programs including incentive plan and stock option to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. Conducts job evaluation, prepares salary surveys, establishes salary structures, develops salary budgets and elaborates policies and procedures. CAREER LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Progression to this level is determined by business need but should be restricted and rare. �Recognized expertise in own area within the organization. � Is a lead contributor to their team and the organization as a whole.
