What about the job?
As Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager - Americas you are responsible for compensation & benefits for the Americas region. In addition you will be involved in and have responsibility for Comp & Ben M&A related projects, working with strategic implementation in the US, Canada and Brazil.
You will partner with the Head of HR M&A Projects and provide strategic and analytical project support for exciting M&A activities in the US. You will be leading the Comp & Ben related part of the due diligence process and work with M&A Comp & Ben workstreams, such as benefits, compensation, pension, long term incentives programs and much more. Further, you will provide expertise, advice and guidance regarding Comp & Ben matters to the management teams within your region and ensure competitive employee compensation, by conducting and maintaining job evaluations and structures as well as participate in compensation surveys.
