Implement, administer and assist in the development of compensation programs, which includes job analysis/evaluation and salary administration. Provide customer service for client areas and advise and consult with leadership of those areas.
Required: Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Preferred: Human Resources degree
Required: Five years Compensation experience and/or combination of experience and education/training in Compensation
Preferred: Healthcare industry experience including extensive experience in job analysis/evaluation
