You will walk into a tactical role, Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager, handling national accounts with exposures that require a deep understanding of alternative risk funding.
As Account Manager you manage the client lifecycle:
Service Leadership– Provide training, mentoring and guidance to peers and less experienced service associates. Strength product knowledge within the team on handling large accounts and alternative funding strategies.
Transportation and/or trucking insurance background is not required. The agency will teach the nuances of the niche if you're interested in pivoting to a new specialty. What is required is exposure to Alternative Risk Transfer (ART), captives, large deductible plans or Self-Insured Retention.
Location: Remote, work-at-home role unless open to relocation to Denver, Dallas or Chicago. Expect travel to meet with clients and training/team building in the home office.
Target salary range is $90k-$110k + annual bonus, comprehensive benefits and PTO package
