Job Description

As a Senior Clinical Consultant youpartner with Cerner client clinical stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes. You manage complex client relationships with a highdegree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes; consult with client to create a strategic value measure plan resulting in value achievement across clinical workflows; and analyze and interpret data to identify key performance indicators for maintaining business continuity and create mitigation plan to addressriskareas. You also identify organizational opportunities to improve quality of care and patient safety; and influence client clinical workflow design strategy.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Studies, Health Care or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Registered Nurse
  • At least 5 years’ licensed clinical or health care work experience
  • At least 2 years’ health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
  • Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, Dental Hygienist/Assistant, Speech Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Physical Therapist, or Psychologist
  • Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Studies or Health Care
  • People management work experience
  • Experience with Cerner Millennium solution


Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area
