Responsibilities:

  • Implement guidelines and best practices for creative and channel management grounded in performance benchmarks, documenting our existing processes, tools and identifying possible gaps.
  • Partner closely with analytics, marketing planners, channel partner and creative teams to continuously optimize performance. Coordinate frequency and sequencing of client messages based on best practices and client preferences in order to optimize channel impact
  • Leverage marketing reporting and performance to KPIs to inform channel priorities and opportunities, and share insights to form a collective understanding with business partners
  • Create presentations, graphs, dashboards, etc. to display findings and results utilizing Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, etc
  • Work to the extended team and partners to understand website message performance across the client channel to help guide the client banner selections
  • Work with business partners to identify opportunities to insert, create or retire messaging to enhance the client experience

Requirements:

  • 4 Year College Degree in Business (Marketing)
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Client marketing and campaign experience preferred
  • Passionate about creating superior client experiences
  • Experience leading transformational change
  • Effective communication skills to manage expectations and challenges
  • Solid critical thinking skills to scope and frame problems
  • Comfortable working with data and partnering with analytics
  • Working knowledge of Tableau and SQL/data base principals
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • 30% travel
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed.
