Responsible for managing the claims process for clients from start to finish with an exceptional ability to achieve the best possible outcome. Support the Director of Claims and manage the claims process. Identify and work through complex coverage issues.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a P&C Insurance license and a minimum of 15 years experience in handling Auto Liability and General Liability Claims. Bachelor’s Degree required. Proficiency in AMS Epic. Superior computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to run client meetings independently of Director of Claims. Ability to work in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. Respond positively to pressurized situations.
