Minimum Requirements
Responsibilities
•    Will support both McLean and Bethesda locations
•    Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support the ODNI’s CI and InTh programs.
•    Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, and policies, and vulnerabilities of current and evolving technologies that create a potential CI or InTh concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for the ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CI staff.
•    Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities’ (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operation, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
•    Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high-level collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
•    Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
•    As directed, support and complete other ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of the task order in order to assist the CI program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.
•    Provide a weekly report of accomplishments toward performance of requirements, as identified by the corporate CI staff.
•    As directed by the corporate CI staff, serve as technical team or task leader and participate in special projects within the scope of the task order.

Desired Requirements
Required Qualifications
•    Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
•    Minimum of ten (10) years of experience conducting research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases.
•    Experience with production in at least one of the following areas: Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
•    Demonstrated experience conducting CI analysis and interaction within at least one of the following disciplines: Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), or denial and deception.
•    Experience with analytical tools and methodologies such as link analysis, time lines, causal-loop analysis, and risk management analysis.
•    TS/SCI w/ poly

Desired:
•    Demonstrated CI analysis experience in the IC.
Work Schedule
•    You are required to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.  Core work hours are 9:00 am EST to 3:00 PM EST.
