Job Description

Precise Systems is a professional services company currently working for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Air Force; competing as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under several NAICS codes. Our core competencies include systems engineering, program and project management, logistics, information technology and cyber security, and software development services. We were founded in 1990 and since our establishment we have been providing cutting edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Analyst to support our U.S. Navy customer at the International Integration Program Office within the space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) Command. The functional description of the opportunity is as follows:


Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading teams in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting FMS case management, including all phases of program and project management
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Acquisition of DoD products/services
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining FMS case data in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and other FMS security cooperation systems
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience teaching and mentoring junior and mid-level analysts, and facilitating cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in applying DoD policies for international programs per the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the Financial Management Regulation (FMR)


Desired Experience:

  • DISCS SCM courses such as SCM-C or SCM-CM
  • DISCS International Affairs Certification Level 2 or Level 3
  • Demonstrated experience participating on CPI teams and implementing new processes
  • Demonstrated experience working with USG military/Government officials (e.g., Program Managers, GS-15 civilians, O-6 field grade officers)
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with foreign senior military/government officials

Education:

BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university
