The Infrastructure Planning and Acquisition Center of Excellence team (IPA CoE) is responsible for enabling and optimizing the foundation that supports infrastructure delivery for Land, Energy, Networking, Datacenter Planning and Network Planning.
As a Senior Capabilities Leader - Planning you will define complex product and program execution strategy across the Planning business teams. As a trusted product advisor for internal customers, you will discover unmet needs, be a dot-connector and mentor fellow CoE Planning Program Managers to execute a strategic roadmap of core services for our organization. In this role you will be closely working with different planning teams, architects, engineers, and stakeholders driving collaboration across multiple groups, and scaling automation solutions to enable the business to meet cloud capacity demands. You will manage cross-functional program dependencies and sequencing in order to efficiently deliver maximum value to the most end users. You will drive toward delivering a connected ecosystem of tooling with high rates of user adoption.

Responsibilities
- Anticipates highly complex product/solution-related scenarios and works to align on execution roadmaps and plans across the Planning business teams.
- Captures comprehensive and complex product insights based on stakeholder needs and requirements to further develop the product. Answers complex program/project management related questions and collaborates on highly technical questions with the appropriate partner teams for resolution.
- Conducts internal learning sessions based on storytelling and/or business cases. Presents solution stories to executives to gain buy-in/approval.
- Works across business segments to lead execution for mid- and long-term strategy, providing clarity and organization of the future state.
- Works across key stakeholder groups (leadership, peer, and partner teams) to clearly articulate strategy and initiative deliverables for technology capabilities ensuring well socialized tooling future state.
- Drives consistency and standards across both business and systems domains to support the organization’s vision and strategy.
- Maintains and evolves knowledge base on business and technology trends that impact the business environment.
- Influence at all levels of management.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- o OR equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience leading programs in the fundamentals of Supply Chain Planning including but not limited to: Master Production Schedules, Demand Planning, Demand Supply Netting, Constraint Planning, MRP, Supply Planning etc.
- Experience defining customer-focused scenarios and leading virtual teams.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to all stakeholder levels including executives.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- Proficiency in SAP IBP
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI.
- Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment.
- Planning and time management skills, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with accelerated timelines and be able to prioritize work accordingly.
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment and across a diverse set of business, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
- Track record of problem-solving and achieving results through digital transformation.
- Agile in focus and communications - shifting from strategic to tactical depending on the needs of the day and the audience.
- Embrace continuous improvement and new ways of doing things.
Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
