The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to create sales programs, identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
· Meet and exceed sales targets
· Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
· Participate and arrange industry events and trade shows promoting our product
· Create a Data Driven Relationship-Sales Program
· Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
· Coordination with communications support in public relations, press releases, Social Platforms.
Qualifications
· 5-7 years' quota carrying sales experience
· Strong understanding of all aspects of roofing industry including contractors, the insurance industry, and public adjustors
· Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
· Experience in and creation of B2B-eCommerce Sales Programs
· Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in the roofing/construction/restoration industry (preferred)
· Deep Knowledge of estimating and financial aspects of the roofing business
