Duties: Test, maintain, monitor and coordinate the computer systems changes for a Salesforce Release. Offer strong functional expertise of the Salesforce platform to various sales-orientated business user groups: Sales, Customer Success Management, and Sales Operations. Lead the requirements elicitation, functional design and configuration of features within Salesforce, including but not limited to Quoting using Salesforce CPQ, Contract management, Lead and Opportunity management. Provide concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks, cost-benefit analysis and recommended actions to be taken. Detailed analysis, plans, milestones, and deliverables will be required for seamless project implementation, adoption of new systems and processes. Coordinate with internal teams to test and maintain salesforce systems, processes, and procedures. Lead troubleshooting & defect triage meetings for new customizations and coordinate with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner. Work closely with stakeholders to identify/understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions that are aligned with the technology roadmap and strategic direction of the team. Understand and document the current state of business processes including data flows and recommend system improvements/modifications. Facilitate creation of UAT cases and scenarios as needed. Engage and consult with management on business recommendations. Review, document and improve workflow and system processes to meet and exceed business objectives. Train Salesforce users as applicable. Analyze, define and maintain key business information flows like Quote to Cash.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology. Must have five years of Salesforce or Siebel experience. The five years of experience must include experience with business process; analyzing current state and future state processes; track, monitor and maintain milestones of the project or changes requested for a release; defining and documenting the future state of processes in order to provide confirmation of the requirements or document business process flows; translate business requirements or experience with translating needs into quantifiable business requirements; schedule and facilitate meetings with business or facilitate business review. Position headquartered in Austin, Texas, but candidate can work from anywhere in U.S.
