Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform company research and analytics, to generate new targets and support leadership in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain a process for creating and tracking campaigns and leads and establish methodology for tracking ROI of all campaigns.
  • Cleansing of lead lists of prospective clients for parent/subsidiary matches, for comparison to our existing client/prospect list, and to generate new leads.
  • Establish reporting frequency and guidelines related to initiatives, and analyze results of those reports for future initiatives, process improvements, and business growth ideas.
  • Maintain company and contact data cleanliness in CRM; establish training for CRM users related to US Tax initiatives.
  • Procurement of property tax assessment data (yearly), as needed, and cleansing that data to prepare for generation of new leads.
  • Ongoing CRM report and dashboard creation to provide visibility to leadership.
  • Other ad hoc analysis as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • University or college degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience working in the sales or financial industry or other similar setting
  • Must be fluent in Sales Force and its functions in gathering KPI and market data for analysis and reporting for sales performance improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen, and ability to research and distill company information
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data while keeping data integrity
  • Able to work with internal, changing, sometimes fast-paced deadlines
  • Skilled in searching for and obtaining publicly available information, and/or working in subscription databases to gather and analyze information
  • Ability to suggest new processes and improvements to existing processes
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization
