Position Summary:
Citrix has experienced rapid growth in our Automation Center of Excellence and are looking to expand the team with a new member who thrives on identifying and implementing business process improvement using latest technologies. You will primarily support the Automation team by engaging in the implementation of process automations across the organization. You will be responsible for eliciting business, functional and technical requirements to define process simplification and automation. You will also be tasked with researching industry best practices to help deliver scalable and configurable solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible to lead process discussions with business subject matter experts and stakeholders to document use cases, requirements, test scenarios and process flows. You will work closely with Automation management to drive strategy in expanding the Automation Center of Excellence. You will manage the entire project life cycle of converting manual processes to its improved, automated state. You will also work on ad-hoc projects related to the operations of the Controllership.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead process discovery for planned processes to be automated. This will involve capturing current state of process to analyze process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements and automation using tools such as RPA
- Create, update, and maintain documentation for process improvements and automation
- Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes
- Work with various teams including subject matter experts and technical team to deliver on automation solutions.
- Manage project plan and lead project to implement process change and automation on timely basis
- Manage creating test scenarios and training collateral in addition to leading user acceptance testing
- Recommend and support on-boarding of new automation technologies and use of existing technologies
- Work on strategic and operational projects as needed
- Lead management of on-going automation production operations

- Ability to interact effectively with executives, functional peer groups and subordinates to gain commitment and cooperation from others
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally
- Experience working directly with functional and technical resources
- Business process improvement implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Must have experience influencing business leaders and peers about the proper use of standard business process flows and system functionality
- Solid understanding of data quality issues and ability to recommend best practices for ensuring/validating data quality
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must also be a good team player
- Advanced analytical, problem definition and solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and other productivity tools
- Must be responsive and deadline-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of database schemas, query, and reporting tools is desirable
- Systems utilized include SAP ECC, Hybris, RevPro, SAP BW, and SAP BPC. Ariba, Blackline, SFDC, Apttus or other SaaS systems
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience
