Job Description

Leads integration of cross-functional processes across a multitude of stakeholder groups with a long term effect on overall company performance in the development and integration of 2nd Century Systems with Boeing Management System business architecture.

The Boeing Management System is a data-driven system that drives accountability, enhanced visibility and actionable insight to optimize business results. BMS will be the single interface for organizations and individuals to get the information they need to effectively manage the business. BMS will set forth a common and integrated approach to manage the business across the enterprise.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Enterprise Architects to provide oversight and effectively contracts with functional business architects to design process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives. process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives
  • Manages the accuracy of deliverables and results, and communicates to all stakeholders
  • Collects, analyzes, documents, and integrates requirements from BCA, BDS, BGS, ET&T, and International stakeholders.applications/systems architecture
  • Oversees the recommendations for the process, data, and applications/systems architecture for
  • Influences, negotiates, and acts as a change agent for implementing complex, innovative process improvements and for creating a process management culture
  • Participates in the Enterprise SEIT Business Architecture Team

Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience facilitating workshops
  • Experience facilitating/managing process improvements
  • Experience developing metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Quality Management System requirements
  • Experience with Second Century Enterprise Systems (2CES) strategy
  • Experience with complex solutions development
  • Experience with process architecture and/or business architecture
