Job Description

We are looking for a forward thinking Experienced Business Process Analyst to Join our team. Our Experienced Business Process Analyst form and effectively lead cross-functional teams across multiple business processes, functions, and
programs to develop "Run the Business" Metrics, strategy and analytics for the Boeing Management System (BMS).

The Boeing Management System is a data-driven system that drives accountability, enhanced visibility and actionable insight to optimize business results. BMS will be the single interface for organizations and individuals to get the information they need to effectively manage the business. BMS will set forth a common and integrated approach to manage the business across the enterprise.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Effectively contract with customer and/or charters project, designs a process workshop based on customer requirements
    and objectives
  • Collect, analyze, document and integrate requirements from multiple process owners
  • Apply and make recommendations for the process, data and applications/systems architecture
  • Assist with integration of remaining aspects of enterprise architecture (e.g. information, data and applications
  • Ensure solution has architectural compliance and strategic alignment with business objectives for BMS and 2nd Century
  • Lead, participate, or work together to reach agreement on the development of business architecture design, phased
    implementation and use

Typical Education:

Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience facilitating workshops
  • Experience facilitating/managing process improvements
  • Experience developing metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Quality Management System requirements
  • Experience with Second Century Enterprise Systems (2CES) strategy
  • Experience with complex solutions development
  • Experience with process architecture and/or business architecture
