This role seeks a self-motivated, ambitious and dedicated individual with the ability to support a strategic agenda in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be analytical yet pragmatic, with strong business judgment and excellent presentation skills.  Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as a team member are important characteristics for this individual. Candidates must possess a "can do" attitude: the ability to enthusiastically take ownership for an assignment, prioritize effectively and ultimately drive the project to completion.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Drive monthly operating reviews - Proactively pursue sources of data and insight needed to complete analysis, ensure pace of progress and completion
  • Support development of strategic presentations and CAO leadership communications
  • Support planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives such as townhalls, and rewards and recognition program within CAO
  • Maintain and manage CAO leadership events calendar
  • Build strong working relationships, stakeholder support, and credibility at all levels of the organization
  • Support external orientation through research and benchmarking of relevant trends
  • Support department wide events from planning to execution

 

Required Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years broad experience in a strategic role, preferably in the consulting industry
  • Ability to enthusiastically support projects
  • Excellence in oral and written executive presentations
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative global team environment
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills
  • Change management experience
