An opportunity exists within the Systems Design Component Integration and Mechanical disciplines Organization center for a Business Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Deliver reliable data and analysis for management decision-making, including manpower actuals versus plan and forecasts
  • Monitor and manage SDCI/MD headcount
  • Manage SDCI/MD DCI, Travel, and Special Initiatives spending
  • Lead the IT waterline budget planning for SDCI/MD
  • Monitor, report and manage on outsourcing levels
  • Manage the Integration of PW-Puerto Rico into SDCI/MD
  • Maintain SDCI/MD ACE Control Tower
  • Participate in other Special Projects as Required
  • Lead the SDCI/MD OMM Planning process
  • Review and Approve Travel and e-Outsourcing Requests
  • Work with leadership to review and approve Proposals

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering and/or Engineering Business Management Team oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing to accept additional responsibilities and adhoc duties.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels of management.


Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering
