Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of data and how it impacts the business. The person must have a strong desire to learn many parts of the business including, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and construction. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of excel, financial acumen, and project management experience. Candidate must have a strong work ethic, the ability to see a business need and champion projects to fulfill that need with minimal supervision. The candidate must be comfortable seeking out information from internal stakeholders to perform ad-hoc analysis such as ROI, Should Cost, RCA. The candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project leaders and the business teams to design, develop, and support SAP BI/BW /HANA solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Identify the Business requirements, Perform Gap Analysis and convert into Reporting solutions.
  • Should be able to build complex BW / HANA data models Integrating data across the Enterprise.
  • Deep understanding of Data relationships with strong functional knowledge of SAP Order to Cash, Supply chain, Project Systems, FICO modules.
  • Ability to extract, transform and Integrate data from Non-ERP applications, work with Business stakeholders toeliminate Data Silos.
  • Design and Develop Cross Functional Reports, Visualizations using SAP Business Objects, Analysis for Office, Tableau

Required Skills & Experience

  • 9+ Years of SAP BW/BOBJ Hands-On experience with strong ABAP knowledge.
  • 3-4 Years of SAP BW on HANA, HANA modelling experience
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and should have a keen eye for data details.
  • Should be an exceptional team player and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Should be able to simultaneously work on Multiple projects / Enhancements coordinating with off shore teams.
  • Experience with Tableau preferred, but not required
  • BS/MS in Computer science or Information technology is preferred
