Sr. Business Development Manager



Sisense is seeking to hire a Sr. Business Development Manager who will lead Sisense's business development efforts, reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Growth and Innovation. This position includes conducting big data market eco-system mapping, outreach, negotiation and program management duties around business partnerships with the goal to provide a significant impact on the business. 


Essential Functions

-Responsible for helping develop, update, monitor and track the progress of Sisense partners' program.

-Conduct research and big data markets mapping to identify potential partners.

-Reach out to potential partners, present the Sisense partner network and tailor win-win partnership offerings on a case-by-case basis.

-Assist or lead partner negotiations, agreement formulation and post-closing interaction. 

-Ensure the success of partners via internal communication with the Sales and CSM organizations.

-Conduct quarterly partner reviews exploring growth and expansion opportunities.


Minimum Requirements

-MBA from a top school

-3+ years' experience in the BI and Analytics or related industry in a similar business development role.

-Recognized as a creative and proven strategic thinker who excels at relationship building across all levels and all cross functional business units. 

-Demonstrated experience with and trusted when interacting directly with senior-level leadership.

-Strong communication and analytical skills.
