About the role

The role of the Senior Business Consultant is to guide Zillow Group’s Top Premier Agents to success using Zillow Group’s Premier Agent program. Through client motivation, education, and engagement, you will be helping our top paying clients generate a return on every investment they make with the Zillow Group. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a book of business that consists primarily of top spending and highly engaged clients
  • Provide world-class coaching and education to Premier Agents
  • Upsell and cross sell all available Zillow Group products & services
  • Act as an advocate for clients
  • Facilitate positive client experiences through your expertise of our systems & process
  • Be an authority in all Zillow Group products and services
  • Have local knowledge of real estate trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies based on market assigned upon hire
  • Be a guide in the local real estate landscape as it pertains to top real estate professionals, teams, brokers, and brokerage houses
  • Partner with billing, agent care, consumer experience, marketing, pricing, and ad ops teams to develop client growth and/or resolution

Who you are

  • 6+ years of Account Management or Sales Experience with preference for
  • 2+ years of handling higher-level accounts that require complex consultative solutions.
  • You have shown an ability grow revenue
  • You are able to identify, grow, and retain engaged clients
  • Experience with both inside and outside sales
  • Experience managing subscription-based accounts
  • Experience leading a client book of $300,000 or more in Monthly Recurring Revenue
  • Experience effectively handling hundreds of clients
  • You can thrive in a high energy, productive environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM solution
  • You have a willingness to work with sales partners to help cultivate client growth or resolution
  • Ability to meet a 15-20% travel requirement and balance responsibilities while in the field
