Infoblox is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analytics Manager who will support the global Marketing organization with actionable metrics and insights as well as the strategy for optimizing our marketing automation platform. This role focuses on Marketing reporting, analysis, data-driven decision making, and guides the marketing automation team on sound processes.


  • Manage reporting and analysis for global programs, field marketing, events, and marketing funnel performance
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports
  • Provide information and insights regarding campaign effectiveness to measure performance and supportbusiness decisions
  • Develop Marketing Dashboards to track key success metrics for senior executives
  • Create dashboard to measure the health of the marketing database and participate in company data quality/data enrichment/data cleansing initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent reporting methodology and definitions across Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT
  • Train key stakeholders on effective use of dashboards and reports
  • Work with marketing team to streamline operational reporting across multiple geographies, marketing channels and tactics
  • Serve as the technical expert and process owner across the Marketing stack
  • Ensure smooth and accurate lead handoff and troubleshoot flow issues
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, formulate and implement a data hygiene planworking closely with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing team performance


  • 6+ years of experience in database marketing, system administration for marketing automation and SFDC
  • Expert skills in marketing automation and SFDC
  • Deep experience building reports and dashboards using
  • Passionate about using data to tell a story, well-versed in data visualization best practices to create compelling, actionable, dashboards and reports
  • Experience using SQL or similar tools to extract and combine data sets from multiple databases is highly desired
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau, Informatica) is a plus
  • Ability to understand and interpret data, and present findings to general Marketing and Sales audiences
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, meeting management, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, strong leader and proven problem-solving skills
  • Expert skills in Excel and Powerpoint


  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent.
