The ClaimCenter Team is charged with implementing ClaimCenter across multiple business units.  ClaimCenter will replace multiple legacy systems.


Operates independently to:

  • Define coverage elements needed for policy verification for claims
  • Design screens based on business requirements
  • Letters and form template design
  • Activity design
  • User definition and security
  • Help maintain the ClaimCenter Support Email box and support phone
  • Assist customers and team members in issue resolution and problem solving
  • Assist team members in analysis, design and testing
  • Participate in test planning, development and execution at test environments and development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans
  • Mentor associate-level Business Analysts
  • Knowledge transfer of business workflow to team members
  • Communicate with management and users on issue resolution
  • UAT testing support
  • Training Support


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent business experience.


  • 5 or more years of related experience that includes some knowledge of designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and / or maintaining applications required or using application software in a business setting


  • Knowledge of insurance coverage verification
  • Experience in development and execution of test plans and test cases
  • Experience in gathering business requirements
  • Knowledge of the ClaimCenter application
  • Ability to read/decipher data models/schema
  • Ability to read and write SQL queries
  • Knowledge of TOAD application helpful
  • Data warehouse concepts to include understanding of front-end data entry and back-end data consumption
  • Ability to read and understand XML
  • Knowledge of ETL
  • Experience on Agile/Scrum teams
  • Scrum Master experience


  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with associates at all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
