Role                     : Senior Business Analyst (CBAP)

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills               

•       12+ years in Business analysis in Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics, Demand Planning, Forecasting and Optimization

•       Strong AgileScrumexperience handling multiple scrum teams in a different geographical locations

•       Must have working experience in large scale programs and complex networking algorithms

•       Should be capable of leading and managing multiple analysis teams with 2 or 3 business analysts in each team

•       Should be capable of reviewing, auditing and guiding the analysts team and perform a quality check on the deliverable

•       Must have strong experience in eliciting Requirements, familiarity of BPMN,DFD, Business Events etc

•       Must have strong experience in creating EPICS, Features and Users Stories by defining clear acceptance criteria

•       Should be able to coordinate withProduct owner for prioritization of features and user stories

•       Must have strong experience in using TFS Tool for an Agile program

•       5+ Years of strong scrum execution and delivering mobile software products within budget, on-time and high quality product

•       Should be capable to meeting all the deliverables as per the Agile model

•       Must have strong communication / Written skills 

•       Must have strong experience in managing scope, key stake holders, Change Management process, Effort, Schedule and Cost

•       Establish the agilescrum process and coach the scrum team as required

•       Able to maintain backlog stories as required.

•       Should be capable to reporting scrum team metrics periodically and manage the impediments

•       Should be capable to proactively identify the risk and mitigate the impact with necessary action


Roles and responsibility              

•       Ability in elliciting requirements

•       Have expertize in documenting BPMN, DFD, Business Events

•       Engage Daily, weekly and Monthly staus review meeting with key customer stakeholders - Managers, Directors and Senior directors

•       Ability to lead with strong leadership Skills

•       Identifying and diagnosing opportunities in transportation management and networkarchitecture/design

•       Identifying best practices in measuring and visualizing impact of product and visualize the ""to-be"" system.

•       Conduct Scrum Ceremonies - Daily Stand-up meeting, Backlog grooming, Scrum Planning with Business and Technical SMEs

•       Identify the program risks proactively and manage the risks with proper action in place

•       Ensure timely deliverables and sign-off from customer

•       Establish proper escalation mechanism to get the wok done

•       Colloborate with Business and IT stake holders and convience them for the success of the project

•       Provide up-to-date status and periodic reports to Customer and Management

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills  

•       CBAP Certified is strongly preferable

•       Strong Scrummaster Skills or CSM certified

•       Ability to understand the Functional and Technical Solutions

•       Very good team player

•       Good inter personall Skills

•       Strong Program Management Skills or Scrummaster certified

•       Expertise in developing the MPP project plan and maintaining it
