Responsibilities

  • Help define positioning and messaging for the brand overall and individual campaigns.
  • Manage the Integrated Marketing Calendar, driving campaign development and coordinating across marketing channel teams to execute flawlessly.
  • Champion the brand across the organization to ensure consistent application of brand platforms, messaging and guidelines.
  • Lead consumer insights initiatives including segmentation studies, voice-of-customer programs, value proposition/concept exploration, and ad-hoc research programs to gather, synthesize and leverage key learnings.
  • Lead brand health monitoring and reporting.
  • Work with Enterprise team to understand the needs of our enterprise partners, ensure the brand strategy reflects those insights and support brand plans dedicated to the Enterprise sector.
  • Work with the Director of Growth Data Engineering and Analytics to define, monitor and report on key performance metrics for brand marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years relevant experience in brand marketing/product marketing required with market research experiencepreferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record showing initiative and “can-do” attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence others and lead cross-functional efforts.
