Help define positioning and messaging for the brand overall and individual campaigns.
Manage the Integrated Marketing Calendar, driving campaign development and coordinating across marketing channel teams to execute flawlessly.
Champion the brand across the organization to ensure consistent application of brand platforms, messaging and guidelines.
Lead consumer insights initiatives including segmentation studies, voice-of-customer programs, value proposition/concept exploration, and ad-hoc research programs to gather, synthesize and leverage key learnings.
Lead brand health monitoring and reporting.
Work with Enterprise team to understand the needs of our enterprise partners, ensure the brand strategy reflects those insights and support brand plans dedicated to the Enterprise sector.
Work with the Director of Growth Data Engineering and Analytics to define, monitor and report on key performance metrics for brand marketing programs.
5-7 years relevant experience in brand marketing/product marketing required with market research experiencepreferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Results-oriented with a strong track record showing initiative and “can-do” attitude
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
