Additional duties include:

• Conduct stakeholder analyses and assessments

• Understand client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client

• Work closely with communications, organizational development, and human resources teams to develop change management plans around communications, training and coaching; support execution/implementation of these plans

• Coach senior leaders and executives to meet their role of change sponsor

• Support the project team in integrating change management activities into their project plans

• Support and coach front-line managers and supervisors to help their direct reports through transition

• Identify potential personnel risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns

• Help re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical business changes

• Develop surveys, newsletters, and other communication materials as needed

• Support status reporting requirements and timelines

• Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the system and business changes

• Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications

Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience or 9+ years of work experience without a Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 5 years' relevant business experience in Healthcare, including managing or supporting large-scale IT projects or business operations. Preference will be given to applicants who gained this experience working in support of a state governance agency and Medicaid Program

• Minimum 3 years' relevant business experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, stakeholder engagement/management, communications management, and/or user training

Candidates who do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci or equivalent Change Management Professional certification

• Knowledge of and/or experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems projects

• Thorough understanding of how people go through change and the change process

• Practical experience in applying knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, interventions and solutions

• Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization – strong organization behavior knowledge

• Experience managing teams of part-time participants to meet project objectives

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Excellent facilitation and active listening skills

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

• Must have demonstrated ability to work independently, take the lead for tasks/assignments, and plan and organize work to meet deadlines

• Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
