Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an Azure Infrastructure Manager to join a small yet growing infrastructure team to monitor, maintain and improve all Azure managed storage, networking, VMs, databases, apps, etc. This Senior role works closely with the Infrastructure Manager, Support Manager, and Director of Information Systems to ensure that all appropriate metrics are being monitored, the managed Azure infrastructure is healthy, and that all service and response time SLAs are met. In this role you will respond to helpdesk inquiries and facilitate timely resolution of issues reported by clients or other team members. We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented individual who is knowledgeable about Azure Cloud Services and tools as well as general information technology systems architecture and networking.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a full stack Web Developer that has a keen eye for detail, be highly organized and adaptable in a high-speed and changing environment, and able to work tight timelines. You will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data analysis skills. You will need to be a task-oriented, self-motivated individual who is passionate about quality programming.
