At Social Tables, the Senior Associate, Product Marketing Manager will driveretention marketing to renew our existing customers. S/he willsupport our subscription based software products with research that informs better product decisions, and collateral that equips our renewals and customersupport teams, as well as fuels our marketing, leading to more bookings. And, s/he will grow a best-in-class email nurturechannel.

Here's how you'll spend your days

    • Creating messaging - Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, and attracts and converts prospects and leads.
    • Enabling new sales & renewals – Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
    • Launching features – Plan the launch of new features and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, as well as the email communication.
    • Creating market intelligence – Analyze user feedback, research, sales calls, sales demos, customer renewals to improve messaging or sales enablement. Work with Product Managers by being the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them. Help them survey, do research, etc.
    • Creating content - Create sales support materials, presentations, demos, website content, ROI calculators, blog posts, forum content, case studies, press releases, FAQ’s, other special purpose content and video. Drive engagement through the entire customer lifecycle through our email channel.
    • Collaborating - Working with all teams to improve critical conversion rates or find efficiencies (for example: how do we make onboarding more efficient, demo process more efficient, renewals more efficient, contracting more efficient).

What you will need in this position

    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing at a fast-growing company.
    • Excellent communication skills to tell compelling stories. The ability to use words to portray our products in a way that resonate with our customers.
    • A forward-thinking attitude. We’re looking for an energetic self-starter whose proactive approach to problems and contagious enthusiasm are what have made them successful in everything you do.
    • A creative perspective. An ability to think outside the box to unlock hidden potential nobody else could see.
    • A results-driven mindset with previous experience showing the ROI and value of campaigns.
