Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an experienced senior associate or counsel to join the Corporate practice group in our Chicago, Denver, Florham Park, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. offices.
Our ideal candidate will have six or more years of sophisticated experience drafting and advising on equity compensation plans and awards, as well as public company disclosure and governance related to executive compensation. A practice including broader securities or employee benefits experience is strongly preferred. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, a can-do, problem-solving attitude, intrinsic motivation, and strong academic credentials are required.
