The Senior Art Director at 215 McCann tells stories in color and form across a variety of media and channels. You ooze unbridled creativity, possess an impeccable sense of style, and are always on top of the latest trends. You are able to marry a deep understanding of fundamental design principles with thorough attention to detail. You have a portfolio chock full of kick-ass work as an art director for demanding clients, some in the consumer and entertainment space. With at least seven years of professional creative experience, preferably in an advertising agency, you have the demonstrated ability to conceive, collaborate and create concepts that bring your clients – and co-workers – to happy tears. And as great as you are, you're able to check your ego at the door to do great work with some of the most talented people around.

What you'll be doing:

  • Concept development and execution of the creative from inception through to completion on assigned brands and individual projects
  • Partner with Copywriters to develop design solutions that stand against the competition and meet brand strategies
  • Oversee all aspects of creative development including comps and presentation decks
  • Participate in and contribute to the new business activities of the agency
  • Build relationship at appropriate client/vender level
  • Keep abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances
  • Inspire and lead by example, setting professional standards
