This position will utilize knowledge ofconstruction products, materials, and methods to write specifications for a variety of complex projects and building types to include education,healthcare, science andtechnology, commercial, and interiordesign initiatives, andother diverse building types. Primaryresponsibilities will include the following:
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related field. A minimum of 10 years related experiencerequired. Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques is essential. Professional licensure, CCS certification and LEED accreditation preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, collaboration and conflict resolution skills. Must be proficient in MS Office.
