Responsibilities:

Coordinate and help lead our team through design, development, and contract phases of Projects
Conduct preliminary field surveys, develop designs and draft preliminary plans for multi-family Housing
Work closely with clients to deliver on quality designs in a timely manner
Monitor the progress of multiple projects, ensuring there are no timeliness or budget concerns

Skills/Requirements:

Revit, Studio Designer, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Recognize and take accountability for deadlines
Must be detailed oriented with exceptional organization skills
