In conjunction with the Functional team who utilizes the application, the Sr. Application Administrator designs, tests, implements and manages an application(s), including the retrieval, reporting, transfer, and integrity of data. Assists in formulating policies and procedures related to operations, maintenance, and interfaces. Develops, evaluates, and participates in installations of software upgrades/bundles/fixes, while also coordinating testing with the Functional team. Also, develops and delivers training/communication programs for end users.

Position: Sr. Applications Administrator
Shift: Full time, Monday – Friday, days.
6-10 years of experience in application administration. In addition, incumbent requires strong quantitative, statistical, analytical skills; as well as verbal and written communication skills. In addition, incumbent needs project management experience demonstrating initiative and organization skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel required. .
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in Human Resources or computer sciences) preferred.
