Serves as project leader in a coordinating role between clients and IT personnel for problem resolution, project evaluation and system implementation. Coordinates systems support, which includes design, coding, documentation, training and implementation of multiple systems. Serves as the primary liaison between the IT department, vendors and clients for multiple complex systems/applications. Provides technical assistance to clients and IS staff. Participates in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide round the clock client support when necessary.
Work Schedule:80 hrs biweekly; hours as scheduled - primarily M-F/8a-5p.
Education/Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required. B.S. degree in Business/Healthcare/Computer Science desired or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years of coding. Proficiency with C# programming is required. Experience with ASP.NET development is required. Minimum of three years of PC-oriented experience to include basic word processing and spreadsheets. Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server is required. Must be skilled in database design and development; including indexes, stored procedures, and views. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is desired.
