Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Portfolio and Programs to join our team in Winter Garden, Florida.


The Senior Analyst, Portfolio & Programs is responsible for managing the portfolio of services for the HR shared services organization. This individual will develop and maintain the operational calendar and roadmap of ongoing and new programs, projects and continuous improvement efforts. The Senior Analyst will facilitate and manage new service and work intake with responsibility for managing and improving the process, scoping requests, evaluating and prioritizing requests within HR and identifying the resources to take selected efforts forward. They will work closely with HR shared services, HR leadership and Centers of Excellence to kickoff, manage, track and close selected programs and projects, working closely with process, communication and technology teams to explore and execute implementation of selected work. This individual will help to create business cases, project/program documentation, presentations, recommendations, workshops and other forums to drive innovation, simplicity and collective buy-in. They will serve as the overall program manager for all HR shared services related projects working closely with individual project managers and the shared services resource team to ensure continuity of ongoing services and appropriate capacity planning.


Key Responsibilities:


Maintain portfolio of services and operational calendar of business activities including the implementation roadmap (e.g., open enrollment, year-end, system upgrades/implementations).

Manage new services/work intake and change request process including evaluation, scoping and planning (resources, technology, process, deployment, communication and change management).

Lead and support development of business cases required to secure technology, outsourcing/external vendors, resources, etc.

Work with stakeholders to build, monitor, forecast, and track project budgets.

Serve as overall program manager for the shared services organization, ensuring alignment, scoping, design/definition, planning, implementation coordination, tracking, transition to sustainability and closure.

Manage programs and/or projects using agreed-upon tools, including charters, RACIs, risks & decision logs, and other common practices. Manage contracted resources as needed, based on capacity and programs in flight.

Lead and facilitate program-related meetings and, as needed, other working sessions.

Manage and ensure proper stakeholder awareness; keep stakeholders apprised of project status and risks of the project as well as provide input to other stakeholder communication and change campaigns.

Build project management capability within the shared services team to manage smaller repeatable efforts, including the development of "playbooks" for repeatable and cyclical work.


Qualifications

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:


5 years' program and project management experience

3+ years' HR experience (preferably within HR Operations, HR shared services or HR Technology)

Effective engagement and connections with cross-functional stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in and lead through ambiguity and change; proven experience in effective change management across an enterprise

Motivation to unbundle complex environments into executable, actionable work plans

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with an ability to simplify and communicate complex issues

Effective consulting and facilitation skills and strong presentation skills

Strong HR process acumen, communication and change understanding and technical aptitude

Self-directed, self-starter who is a proactive learner with an investigative, inquisitive and instinctive mind-set

Focus on user experience and iterative design

Strong listening and relationship building skills

Understanding of extreme confidentiality and security practices

1-2 years' experience with Microsoft Teams.

1+ years' experience with ServiceNow preferred.

Anticipation of client needs

Ability to make recommendations and implement actions

Experience in leading through influence as well as authority

Comfort in presenting and interacting with a variety of audiences, from executives and managers to employees and front-line individuals

Track record of fast-paced execution

Management of multiple projects and programs

Working knowledge of shared services environment


Education:


BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Familiarity and experience with best practice project management

PgMP/PMP certification highly desirable

Process management knowledge

Change/communication knowledge
