W2O Group is looking for a resourceful, energetic individual to join our growing business intelligence team. The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics role is a blend of data management, marketing analytics, and business intelligence. This individual will work closely with accounts teams to understand the data they use to drive optimizations and decision making. They will support the delivery of business intelligence solutions by centralizing customer datasets, leveraging ETL processes, and building and designing interactive dashboards and reporting. The individual should have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms and the ability to combine large customer datasets that will feed into our BI tools. All W2O employees are working remote for the rest of 2020; once the offices re-open, this position can in be in our New York City office, Philadelphia office, or Florham Park, NJ office.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate self-service BI solutions - Build data solutions and dashboards that allow end users to answer their most critical marketing questions
Build best in class datasets – Leverage our ETL tool to build integrated datasets that provide a central view into our clients marketing efforts. Own the ingestion, cleansing and aggregation of those datasets
Translate Measurement frameworks - Partner with analytics leads, activation and account teams to translate measurement frameworks into interactive dashboard deliverables
Automate manual reporting - Own the process of data transformation and translating Excel and PPT deliverables into BI solutions
Be a trusted partner - Partner with marketing analytics leaders to create best in class dashboard designs and BI processes. Educate and train analytics and related teams on the benefits of using our BI solution
Qualifications5+ years of experience developing business intelligence analytics deliverables
5-8 years of experience in digital marketing and/or communications analytics
Experience in connecting, cleansing and blending data within an ETL or SQL environment
Extensive knowledge and working experience with at least two BI platforms (e.g. DOMO, Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
SQL experience is a must
Excellent understanding of digital marketing analytics and strong interest in how it works “under the hood”
