Responsibilities:

  • Generate and present monthly dashboard results to key partners including Brand and Program Managers
  • Generate weekly report for distribution to SOC members. Work with other Marketing partners to incorporate key Marketing initiatives into the report
  • Ensure Media Mix model data is updated and accurate throughout the year, in addition to running market simulations based on different scenarios
  • Gather historical data for acquisition KPI forecasting templates and adjust templates as necessary
  • Generate new reporting, or enhance existing reports to support acquisition funnel effectiveness
  • Provide reporting and analytical support for programs such as Refer-A-Friend, TD Bank, and TD Asia Campaigns, including recurring reports, as well as post-mortem NPV/ROI analyses
  • Provide consultative support to Program Manager(s), recommending changes/enhancements to the program as necessary
  • Partner with Program Manager(s) in developing relevant KPIs and forecasts for the program
  • Lead in the development of insightful ad hoc analysis to support decision makers within Marketing and across the firm
  • Leverage technical abilities to access and massage large, complex and disparate datasets, translating Marketing requests into actionable data requirements
  • Maintain key relationships outside of Marketing, including Finance, Retail Distribution, and Product, to aid in analytical synergies
  • Use data visualization skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Act as key relationship manager to support our relationship with Experian
  • Exploration and leveraging of new data sources

Requirements:

  • 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred
  • Graduate Degree preferred
  • 4+ years related experience
  • 5+ years total experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Base SAS and SQL coding
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the TDA Marketing organizations, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to manipulate, organize and analyze large data setsAbility to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet required deadlines
  • Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed.
