Job Overview:

As an Agency Client Partner, you will be part of the backbone that drives Perficient Digital’s revenue and growth - managing upper-tier accounts that look to Perficient to unlock their customer experience through digital marketing, e-commerce, online presence, mobile apps, and more. You will primarily lead a large team on a top-tier account in solution strategy and delivery and collaborate with other leaders in the agency to properly assess and scope work, assemble the right ongoing team, guide the client’s or project’s digital strategies, and ensure a high caliber of work is delivered as promised.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Represent the strategic vision of the agency on projects, accounts, and relationships
  • Establish priorities in collaboration with client and help team adapt to changes in scope, priorities, and challenges
  • Deliver key communications and timely responses to critical client needs
  • Develop and grow existing and new relationships with key account partners
  • Ensure teams are appropriately staffed, serving as team lead managing team growth, direction, and turnover
  • Ensure Margin Targets are being met pre- and post-sale on projects
  • Drive solution direction and presentations to both prospects and existing clients
  • Travel as needed in support of a top-tier account including occassional travel to other Perficient agency locations including Georgia, Wisconsin, St. Louis and Michigan where remote resources and executives may be located. Travel is expected to be 25-50% (once or twice a month)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years delivery or management experience in a digital  product role, or agency/consulting environment
  • 5+ years representing and delivering a strategic viewpoint on product, projects, or accounts
  • Can demonstrate excellent client communication and presentation skills to sell solutions, inspire new ideas, gather key requirements, and build consensus
  • Must have experience working with executive-level clients
  • Able to articulate and understand at a strategic level all major components of the digital consulting life cycle, including technology, user experience, design, and measurement
  • Experience assembling and leading a digital product or delivery team
  • Must possess strong collaboration and team leadership skills
  • Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in various phases and under tight deadlines
  • BA/BS in a related or interesting field
